Lionel Messi: Messidona

This goal can be the trigger to spread name of "Messi" out all over the world. Lionel Messi, an Argentine professional footballer who plays as a forward for Spanish club Barcelona and the Argentina national team.    Video from YouTube  After the day he scored this goal, h e was given a nickname as Messidona after his  stunning   goal  against Getafe, which had an uncanny resemblance to Maradona'a famous goal against  England  in the 1986 World Cup. His style of play are associated with sophisticated ball control, stamina enables him to keep running up and down, and huge contribution to attacking. Luis Figo: Figo and the most controversial transfer in history

Luis Figo is Portuguese former football player, also known as traitor in the history of football. His root of been called traitor is relationship between FC Barcelona and its rival Real Madrid, and transfer from Barcelona to Real Madrid is considered as taboo to this day.  In 2000, the forbidden transfer was made with the world's highest transfer fee at that time.  This transfer stunned Barcelona fans and still remains in the football history. Fans reactions like chants of 'Die, Figo,die' and throwing pig's head at him while he is playing show how controversial his transfer was.  Picture from SportYou.com After this controversy transfer, he became a part of the Galacticos. This term  "Galacticos"was used to  emphasize  the greatness of signing superstar players and the  construction  of a world class team. He announced his retirement in 2009 and put an end to his career. 

Andrea Pirlo: Baggio Jr

Andrea Pirlo, Italian former football player, who had a chance to played in New York City is today's legend player. The reason why I named title as Baggio Jr is because of relationship between Pirlo and former Italian football player Roberto Baggio. In 2001, Pirlo's transfer to Brescia drew him and his idol Baggio together. The chance that they met there formed Pirlo as "Regista" with Baggio DNA. Regista : In association football , a playmaker is a player who controls the flow of the team's offensive play, and is often involved in passing moves which lead to goals, through their vision, technique, ball control, creativity, and passing ability. Roberto Carlos: The Bullet Man

The excellent goal-kick beyond ordinary human understanding from near midfield against scored in the Tournoi de France before the 98 World Cup. His stamina with no signs of tiredness through full match time of 90 minute and his speed that he can run 100m in 10 seconds are example.  Real Madrid known as Spanish famous football team is the team where he spent most of his careers. After an one season at Russian league, he announced his retirement in 2012.

Andres Iniesta: The Spanish football magician

April  27, 2018 is the time that the Andres Iniesta era at Barcelona is set to come to an end. The man called magician or midfielder maestro announced that day that he will leave Barcelona at end of season. His relationship to FC Barcelona has begun with visit to their practice when he was 12 and it lasts at his age of 33.  Picture from Thesun.co.uk "Iniesta is the most inventive player in Spanish football at the moment. His balance, ball control and agility allied with his skill are not only his strength but his ability as playmaker cannot ignore. He relies on exceptional creative passing, intuition and inventiveness to control the midfield and dictate the ebb and flow of play.
